UI Action Not visible, but visible when impersonated

I see that "UI Action" called  "Start work" on fsmp portal is not able to the user "ABC' but when I as an admin impersonate with "ABC", I can see the "Start work" button.

I am not able to reproduce the same issue. Any ideas ???

Hi @sujalavemula ,

It might be because the user ABC doesn't have the required access for the "Start work" button.

It would be either written in the conditions/roles section of the ui action.

Navigate to UI actions and search for "start work" and check if there is any condition/role specified for the visibility of the button.
