UI Action to hide a field onLoad

Hi everyone 🙂

 

I created a field called 'reopen reason' on the incident form. I would like to report on the reason incidents have been reopened but want to hide this field and only show it when an incident has been reopened. Can you please help me with the UI action? I am not sure which fields to tick and what the code should look like.

I think you need a UI Policy, not a UI Action.
