Ui actions in workspace

Morning,

On a Request for Change record in project workspace, it appears we can only have 3 ui action buttons showing at any given time. We would like to show up to five so that users have clear visibility of their options, but at the minute they are being added to the list hidden under the 3 dots. I assume this will be configured in ui builder, but can anyone advise where?

The attached screenshot shows what we can see currently. Ideally we want Cancel Change to be a visible button as well

@Cirrus Can you please share screenshot of sys_ux_form_action_layout associated with this item

Navigate to Declarative action-> Form action layout. Create a new layout for request change table.

Records will get created in this table sys_ux_m2m_action_layout_item

Then Update the display type to button and try to change the order

Hi @Cirrus ,

You need to configure the UX Form Action Layouts in the platform backend.
