UI Builder component not working properly for some users

Hi Team,

 

We have this Stepper UI Builder component which is not working properly for one of our users.

Unfortunately when I try to impersonate the user, it is working fine.

Tried to check the browser like chrome or edge but its only happening when he is opening the form.

 

What else should I check?

UPDATE: We noticed this is happening with user with SN Utils and when doubleclicking to show technical names. it shows correct behavior or values.
