UI builder preview not showing the latest changes done in editor

Hi,

Im updating the home page of the CMDB workspace with UI Builder. when previewing after saving or directly opening the workspace URL, it is not showing the latest changes done in the text links and number badges.

I feel like it is cache issue. Please help me to get the changes.

ServiceNow really has a big caching issue when it comes to anything that is UI builder related. Often it really just needs a cache.do before you see the changes. For many of our clients this is the reason to not use workspaces yet.

Thanks for your response. if I do cache.do, it shows the latest changes once, again it started showing partially updated page. especially the text links, which getting text from client state and badge which gets number from transform data source.

please suggest something to make it work.

If you have made changes that are saved and even clearing the cache doesn't resolve it, create a case with NowSupport, because that shouldn't happen
