UI Builder - Single Score Data Visuialization with dynamically set Up/Down arrow icon to show trend

Hello All,

Ive been toying around with trying to get some widgets added to a custom workspace in UI Builder where a single score widget (associated with a PA Indicator) is displaying the current score for that indicator. The ask is to have the icon of the score represent either an up or down arrow depending on how the current score coorelates to that same indiciators score for the previous week.

Ive seen some similar looking behavior present in the CIO Dashboard from ServiceNow (See attachement), but not sure what the best way to attack it might be inside the UI Builder. 

Seems like I could potentially bind the Icon to a data source, and set it accordingly, but im not too sure how i might set that up. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.
