Hi ServiceNow Experts, from UI Builder - Service Operations Workspace which page should I go to see the Request form and Incident form?

From UI Builder - SOW - I need to know the page where I can access this part for Request form and Incident form:

Basically if you click on configurable workspace and go to ux app screen and ux app route then "record snc" if you find this information

So I went to Record SNC > Record Page Tabs 

However, it seems like there is none for Request form and Incident details/related records just the Incident overview
