Hi
I am trying to edit 2 UI policies and their actions
I have two UI policies which relate to the question 'Do you have a M365 Copilot License'
1 UI policy is for yes
1 UI policy is for no
Both have different variables.
I have included a select box 'If yes a self help submission check box will appear' - if this check box is unticked the user cannot proceed with providing more details.
So initially what my question is, is how do I have the - enter more details option when the tick box is unticked. Please see attached screenshots
If the check box is unticked the user cannot submit the form or enter the more details.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @LJ_23 ,
If i'm understanding correctly 🙂
Could you simply make the 'self help submission check box' visible/required IF 'M365 Copilot License = Yes'. IF 'No' then hide check box and not required.
If the 'enter more details option' is required regardless of the selection of 'M365 Copilot License' then you can simply use the mandatory option on the variable with no UI Policy.
