UI policy on cmdb_ci table not getting inherited

I have created a UI policy on ci table.

When operational status field is set to non-operational, a CR field should get visible and mandatory.  But this doesn't seem to be happening in computer or any other extended tables.

Global-Checked

Inherit-Checked

On load- Checked

Reverse if false - unchecked

New field has been marked as visible and mandatory. Am I missing something here?

Hi,

For me it's working fine. Select those fields from form layout to add to form. Because by default they were not added to form.

Reverse if false - checked

to apply as soon as status changes.

Have you checked those fields are present or not in extended Tables Form UI?

Check the form layout on the extended table forms. The fields won't automatically show up if they're not on the form layout.

No, I am not marking the additional custom fields to appear in the default view, the whole intention is they appear as soon as the operational status is set to non-operational.

Similar scenario is working for UI policies on incident table too.
