UiI policy restriction while assigning incident to person in Visual Task Board

Hi Team,

Help me to figure out the and fix the issue. We have guider VTB where we reassign incidents from unassigned queues.

But for specific company we cannot reassign ticekts through vtb. It's showing a ui policy restriction. How can we fix this?

Hi,

 

It can be anything. To troubleshoot this, you can open the record, try to assign on form level. It should show you some hints, for my case, it is read-only field, not able to reassign.
