Unable to access agent workspace in servicenow

Hello,
I am currently facing an issue in accessing the agent workspace on my servicenow instance. I have installed cutomer_service plugin which has automatically installed Agent Workspace but when I go to All workspaces, there I can see agent workspace and I have made it active. But when I search in All as Agent WorkSpace home, it does not show anything. And through all workspace when I click on Agent Workspace and click to access then I get an error that this page does not exist. 
Can anyone please help me out. I have also assigned persmission to my user.

No, I am unable to locate it on all options and workspaces. 

But I can see the Agent workspace here in all workspaces.
