yesterday
Hello ServiceNow Support Team,
I am currently unable to access my Personal Developer Instance dev390436.
The instance status is showing "Hibernating", and a banner on the Developer Portal indicates:
"Your PDI is temporarily hibernating due to an infrastructure issue. Our team is working on a fix now."
Despite attempting to wake the instance, it remains unavailable. Could you please investigate the issue and provide an update on the status of my instance?
Instance Details:
- Instance Name: dev390436
- Instance URL: https://dev390436.service-now.com
- User Role: Admin
- Current Version: Australia (Latest Release)
This issue is impacting my development and learning activities. I would appreciate your assistance in restoring access to the instance as soon as possible.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards,
Sanket Bhaskarrao Dhole

Hi @sanketdhole
It looks like this is a known issue.
Could you try logging in using a mobile device and check whether it works? If it still doesn't work, we may need to wait for some time.
There is no official support for this issue, so it is difficult to say exactly what is causing it or when it will be resolved. At this stage, patience may be the best option while waiting for a fix.

Hi
You can try the following, but they're mainly to rule out temporary issues:
- Wait 15–30 minutes and try Wake Instance again.
- Sign out of the Developer Portal and sign back in.
- Try accessing the instance directly using https://dev390436.service-now.com.
- Try a different browser or an incognito window.

Hi @sanketdhole
Since Today morning few community members also reported the same.
Wait for some time. At some certain interval Refresh the instance from developer portal.
Do not worry. It would be working as before.
Wait for some times. From Developer portal Keep refreshing .
There is no support available for PDI .
