Unable to add a custom icon to the service operations workspace

HI,

I want to display a custom icon and when that icon is clicked show the respective page in the workspace. I looked up few resources and added a new tab to the contextual side bar component. I dont have an option to add tab here so i clicked on edit content and created a new page. However, im not able to see my icon in the workspace. 

Can anyone please let me know what else needs to be done?

Hello Satish,

Im actually using the sam icon as agent assist. Im able to see the agent assist icon in the SOW. Do i have to add some events or something to the record page for the new tab icon to show up?
