We have upgraded a customer's development instance from Quebec to San Diego.
When I tried to change the password to make sure it works, I get a "Request in progress" screen for about an hour and the password is not changed.
I have customized the password policy before upgrade.
I don't know what is causing this.
What are the possible causes?

This was due to a bug caused by Upgrae from Quebec to San Diego.
This was resolved by installing the Key Management Framework plugin.
Thank you all very much.

Hi Miyu,
Try to revert the password policy to default.
Check if there was any conflict in the upgrade log. Seems like there was some conflict with customization during the upgrade.

It seems like Script Include "PwdAjaxWFRequestPreprocessor" is not sending back an invalid reply. It can be script include or a workflow that being executed.
Tried changing password in my San Diego instance and didn't get that error.
If this is a subscription instance, it's better to contact Now Support have them look into the instance. Seems like something was not properly upgraded.
