Unable to create App in PDI

Hello

I'm having serious troubles with creating of my App in PDI. No matter what I do I'm still getting error below:

Unable to create this application. Go back to the create app experience and enter a different scope name. Details: Failed to create templated object, details: This scope is already taken by another application

I've tried Studio and even Developer IDE but without any success.

I've tried generated random characters to be sure it's going to be unique but the result it still the same.

Would somebody know what to do?

Thank you

Hello @jankadlec,

Several customers have reported this problem in the last several days. Although no practical solution has been found as of yet, you can try refreshing the instance from Manage instance and trying again.

To check if it makes a difference, try creating the app with ServiceNow Studio instead of Creator Studio or App Engine Studio.

Hi @M Iftikhar,

Unfortunately nothing has changed. I've even removed entire instance and created totally brand new but the result is the same. I've no idea what to do more. I need to create an application for our customers so I'm kind under the pressure here.

I've checked and tried all the things mentioned in the link you've shared but again without any success.

Anyway thank you for the response at least. I'll have to communicate it somehow that it's blocking me so far.

Thank you

Hi @Nikhil Bajaj9

I've checked almost all the suggestions in the link but non if it works. I'm still getting the same result no matter what I try.

Is there some way how to try different ServiceNow version? My PDI has "Zurich" version so I'm curious if it would behave differently on other versions.

Thank you
