Unable to delete Assets even though we have required role.

We are unable to delete the assets with empty CI's .

Deleting record is not recommended, you can retire the assets

We are in a process of cleaning assets so we are removing unnecessary assets in our instance. I've observed that I'm unable to delete only the assets with "Unknown" serial numbers.  Below are assets we are targeting to delete

Please check you are having following access:

For SAM (Software Asset Management), These are the roles that you need to work with SAM Tables:-

1. sam_user - This is the very basic role that you can have to access all SAM features except administrations.
2. sam_admin - This is the fully fledged role to work on any of the functionalities that SAM offers.
3. sam_developer - This role contains sam_admin and allows you write Scripts with all the priviledges that you got with sam_admin role.

For HAM (Hardware Asset Management), These are the roles that you need to work with HAM Tables:-

1. asset - This role allows you to create, edit, manage, and delete the hardware and consumables.
2. inventory_admin - It allows you to create, edit, manage, and delete Stockrooms.
3. Procurement_user - It allows you to create Purchase Orders, view Transfer orders and etc.
4. catalog_admin - It allows you to create, edit, and manage the Service Catalogs.
5. ham_admin - This role will work or visible only when you have HAM Application installed in an environment.
