Hi, unfortunately your post contains no clear details.
Are the users unable to delete as the UI Activity 'delete' is not available to them from the list view after flagging\selecting rows? Or can they see the UI action but it is greyed out, or can they 'delete' the record but the delete fails or aborts?
Perhaps you could update this thread with some clear and specific details.

I would start by enabling security debug, reproducing the issue and then checking the debug logs to see if there is an ACL allowing delete for the role.

You will need a table level delete rule, IE 'table.--none--' not 'table.*'

Please remember that members that are helping you are not having access to your instance and they can only interpret based on what text you gave. It would be nice if you share some screenshots etc for better debugging instead of looking at text!!
