Unable to Edit Category[incident] in task table

Hi, 

I am unable to edit the Category[incident] field in the task table. Would anyone be able to help me identify the problem?

Please check is any Oncell edit client script written on this filed or any ACL?

There will be no on-cell editing or access control  (ACL) for these two fields.

Even though I have an admin role, it is still necessary.
