Unable to Edit Category[incident] in task table

Hi, 

I am unable to edit the Category[incident] field in the task table. Would anyone be able to help me identify the problem?

Hi @subashds6515 

 

First of all, the incident is already closed, hence the required field cannot be updated, and that is not advisable to update any details while the incident is closed. Nothing is required to do in this case.

Try to check ACLs on the Category field.
