Hello,
I am setting up the Certificate Inventory and Management application in our ServiceNow Development environment. I have a Discovery Schedule named "Digicert_CA_Discovery" that is configured to pull certificates records from our Digicert system. The issue that I am encountering is that I want to limit what certificate records come into our system based on the state of the certificate in Digicert, however using the "Include cert status" parameter in my discovery schedule, I have been unsuccessful in limiting what records are pulled.
Official ServiceNow documentation specifies that this can be done but I have been unable to limit the records pulled in through this discovery schedule, regardless of what values I place into the "Include cert status" parameter.

Hi. Wondering if you ever found a fix for this situation. I'm just starting an implementation of Certificate Inventory & Management. Haven't gotten our credentials for CA cert discovery set up yet, but looking ahead, I've been wondering if we'd be able to filter out results for certs that were already revoked.
Any tips appreciated!

I have the same issue with our implementation. I have tried a few different values in the "include_cert_status" parameter but no luck. Trying to get only active certs but still get retired and old revoked certificates.
Has anyone here been able to make this work? Perhaps the parameter values need to be in quotations or something?
