Unable to find Service Operations Workspace option under Form UI for SOW workspace for ATF

Hi All,

 

I am trying to create a incident through ATF on the service operation workspace(SOW) on Vancouver build.

Used Application as Service Operations Workspace and Set the form view to Service Operations Workspace. 

But I still do not see the Service operation WorkSpace on form UI. How to import SOW here ?

Could anyone please help
