Unable to find the edit button in UI action or action assignments of workspace

I am trying to find the edit button which is present in workspace in ui actions or action assignment, is there any other way to find them in servicenow, please find the button available on workspace in screenshot.

And do what with the button? You can find it in the table sys_declarative_action_group. Look for Edit ({{count}})
