Hi there,

Sorry to hear. Don't get me wrong... though we all here can't do anything for you. Posting your question here won't do anything.

As you probably already know, there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new.

Advice: PDIs can always suddenly without any notice drop. So always backup your work.

Kind regards,

@Prajakta13 It looks like your PDI instance has been reclaimed by ServiceNow PDI pool. The reason can be attributed to this https://www.servicenow.com/community/architect-blog/important-update-pdi-infrastructure-migration-ex... .

Since there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow, I recommend you to request for a new PDI instance.

Mine was also taken back and a new account was given to me. Is it possible to restore the old account? https://dev80168.service-now.com/

Hi @Prajakta13 ,

Sorry to say, but if your instance is not available https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do then it's gone and you just have to request a new one. There is no possibility to get it back and there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow.
