Unable to find the 'Make a copy' for Now Assist Skill clone option

We have activated all the relevant plugins for Now Assist but still unable to get the 'Make a copy' for clone of skill under Now Assist features.

Only option available to us are:
1. Edit

2. Deactivate Skill

We're having a similar situation, "Make a copy" is grayed out except for Incident Summarization.  We have a support case submitted.

Hello,

Did you get any feedback on the 'Make a copy' option to duplicate a Now Assist Skill? I would also be interested if that is possible and see if once you duplicate a skill you are able to configure the copy further or not.

Yes, this ended up getting fixed for us when we upgraded to Xanadu Patch 2.
