See this URL, the table name is "csdm_app_services"
But if i search for that in the Tables module, then no results are show.
but I use the context menu, configure > Table, then it shows me this:
Which means, "csdm_app_services" is the same as "cmdb_ci_service_auto" table.
So how is this mapping done? Usually, whatever table name we see the browser URL, if we search in TABLES, it should show up. But that is not the case here.
ie
If I type
https://xxx.service-now.com/cmdb_ci_service_auto_list.do
OR
https://xxx.service-now.com/csdm_app_services_list.do
It takes to me to same table.
So its just like an alias for a table name.. how can we do this?
Hi @Suggy go list view of cmdb_ci_service_auto.LIST table. Click on column context menu and Configure---> Table .

You will be able to find database name of the table and search the record using DB name
