Unable to get email notification when incident is created or changed

Hello, 

 
I have not been able to receive email notifications when incidents are created or changed in ServiceNow. I tried to enable email notifications in email properties and give permissions as well still not getting emails. please help me with this issue.

Hi,


To check whether the email is sent from ServiceNow or not, go to System Mailboxes -> Sent 
If no emails are being sent from ServiceNow, then please check System Diagnostics -> Email Diagnostics

Hi tharun, thanks for giving a reply as you can see below screenshot of the email diagnosis it is showing an error can you help me with this.
