Hi there! My company has a paid app listing in the Store, and I would like to install that app in my PDI.
I've followed what I believe should be the appropriate steps which are to log into the Publish Portal, navigate to Distribute > Sales & Customers > Dev Instance Entitlement, and have proceeded to create an entitlement for my instance there. No issues to that point.
However, while I'm not quite sure what my experience should be on the "customer" (PDI) side of things, I'm pretty sure there's a disconnect. Perhaps the above process would work fine if I, the vendor, were entitling a PDI for a customer outside our organization, but since my HI creds are in the same org that owns and publishes the app, I end up seeing this when I go to the store listing after searching for the app in my PDI:
There is a "Complete Purchase" button, but clicking that just results in a change to the above message so that it reads "Action not for same company". I suspect it's this fact - that my HI account is in the vendor company/org - that is preventing me from installing the app, but surely it's still possible and I'm just missing some key step ... right???
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Maik,
Thanks for the link. I saw the same video referenced from another thread when I was searching for answers. I did follow the steps outlined to create the entitlement, but the app doesn't show as available in my developer instance, and when I search for and view the store listing, I get the message in the screenshot above. 😞
