Hello,
I tried to create custom workspace by follow the instruction from this link: https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-blog/workspace-essentials-create-a-custom-confi...
The list page has been created but found the issue as below.
When I use "admin" role user, the list page can be displayed properly.
When I switched to other user (itil + custom role), it shows Can't display this list. Exception encountered processing path: /GlideNowListLayoutComposite_Query/getNowListLayoutComposite - A valid table name must be provided.
Troubleshoot step
- I tried to use the same user, the list page of Service Operations Workspace can display without any issue.
- I go to Legacy view, all the Table in this workspace list page can be displayed in the legacy list view.
- I observed from the above picture, when I use normal user (itil + custom role), the URL not auto apply the parameter list id (but the admin user, the parameter list id auto applied).
- I tried to manually copy and paste the full URL with list id, it shows "Unable to load Check that you have the correct URL and try again.as below.
