Unable to load ServiceNow Instances (Prod,QA,Dev)

Hello Everyone,

 

All of a sudden I'm unable to load all the 3 ServiceNow Instances. Is there anyone who is facing the same issue?

Our instances just came back up.

For us it is working in all the 3 instance. If it is your Client/Organization instance then you should raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow to get required support.

Our 3 instances are down too. I'm shocked they deleted their support social media, as a simple status message on their servers being down shouldn't be something anyone requires a support ticket to learn

We were down for about 20 minutes.  Its back ... for now.  US East Coast
