Unable to locate the implementation point for notifications.

Hi! I have checked all the places where email implementation could be found, but couldn't find it. If there are other places where it might be implemented, I would appreciate your guidance.

Things tried/researched:

• Checked email log for the presence of notifications similar to those in production ⇒ Found similar subjects and bodies in inquiries.
• Searched notifications (subject and body) ⇒ No matches found.
• Searched email templates (subject and body) ⇒ No matches found.
• Searched Flow Designer (flows for automatic closure) ⇒ No matches found.
• Searched workflows (flows for automatic closure) ⇒ No matches found.

Hi @Takefumi Muto ,

If you are checking in two different instances, try to search it in production instance. Some times the production changes are not in sync with lower instances.
