Unable to Receive Notification from ServiceNow Community

Hi Guys ,

 

I am unable to receive email from ServiceNow Community. All my notifications are enabled.

Any Help Guys?

Good Day!!
I was also facing the same issue but got sorted by ServiceNow Team. As the mail was bouncing back.

So Drop the email to "support@khoros.com" . They will Help you.

So, did you migrate your account to the new email ID? I'm just asking for clarification.
