unable to see assignment group in list view

Please help me As a admin Iam able to see assignment group in list view for task sla.but unable to see for itil users.

Hi ,

See if there are any ACLS on the field level on the table.

That will tell you who can access that field and needs to be updated.

There is no acl under read operation. Only having write acl.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula,

Access to fields are controlled by ACL's (Access Controls) which sounds like where you should start looking.

As an admin, elevate your role to 'security admin' and right click on one of the column headers and select 'Configure > Security rule'. to view the current ACL's.

Check to see if you see any against the 'Assignment group' field.

Please note, Assignment group is not a field on the task_sla table but in fact a related table field. That related table being 'task' - so be sure to check here first. It does seem strange that visibility to this field would be locked down as it's pretty common and widely used.
