unable to see assignment group in list view

Hi Team,

Please help me As a admin Iam able to see assignment group in list view for task sla.but unable to see for itil users.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula,

 

My thought process here is this could be down to configuration. Let me explain.

Under the admin account, have you 'personalised' your list layout? FYI - when you personalise a list, these changes only apply to you. Therefore, if you've added the Assignment group, only your account will see it.

 

Try the following steps:

- Go to the task_sla table and click on the settings cog to personalise the list.

- Click the 'Reset to column defaults' button and then 'OK' to reset your column to match the core system settings nad base line for all other users who have not personalised their list.

- Back on the main task_sla list view form, right click on one of the colum headers and select 'Configure > List layout'

- From the right hand side of the 'slush-bucket', click on the 'Task +' value and then the expand values icon as shown in the screen shot below

- The right hand list will refresh with all the Task fields of which 'Assignment Group' will be available.

- Move the 'Assignment Group' value to the left hand side in the appropriate position.

- Click OK.

(This will make it available to all users who haven't personalised their list)

 

Log back in/impersonate the ITIL user anch check the task_sla list view - you should see the Assignment group. Also check this user has NOT personalised their list - you may have to reset this users personalised list view by 'Reset to column defaults' as explained above
