Hi @ajaykumarve

Recently, this issue has been reported by several users where ITSM modules are not available in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

Since PDIs are provided without official support, the recommended troubleshooting steps are:

  1. Refresh the instance and verify whether the modules become available.
  2. Navigate to Plugins and check whether the required ITSM plugins are installed.
  3. If the plugin is missing, install it. If it is already installed but not functioning correctly, perform a Repair on the plugin.
  4. If the issue persists, reset the PDI or release it and request a new instance.

This has become a common issue with PDIs recently, and in most cases, requesting a new PDI is the quickest resolution.

For Change Management, verify that the following plugins are installed:

  • Change Management - Core

Plugin ID: com.snc.change_management

** The waiting timne to get a new PDI is 2-3 weeks , so better reset the current PDI, dont relase.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

Thank you for the reply, I checked the plugin is installed for both problem and change management however I cannot use both. it does not even come in search.

I refreshed the instance also however it is not working still.
I am unable to see the REPAIR option for plugins in sys plugins, could you please help me with this step.

I appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Reset the instance mate.
