Unable to see field changes in activities for Software entitlement table (alm_license)

Hi all, 
I am unable to capture the changes made in the related lists fields in the activities tab for Software entitlement(alm_license) table. I have attached the screenshot of the example record. In that record, the changes made in the green rectangle marked fields are getting captured in activities tab whereas the fields marked in black are not getting captured in activities tab. It's only coming for related lists. Can someone guide me through this?

Some fields auditing is not enabled, see if this would be the case for these fields.

Thank you for your reply. But I couldn't see where do i enable audit for the fields which are present in the related lists in the record.
