Unable to see Send/Compose button on Communications Tasks on Major Incident Workbench

Hi All,

On MIM workbench communication task I can see the tasks but the 'Compose' button is missing, the same is also missing on the 'Incident Communication Task' record. I have compared the configurations in my PDI instance and notice no difference. Any pointers on why this could be happening and how to fix it.

Thanks for responding. I have referred the above link and it didn't help me. I am still facing the issue.
