Unable to see the "preview this record" button.

Hi

Please check may be there is any ACL that unable you to see preview button or

when that button is not visible it is because the user does not have permissions

if you get answer please mark helpful and accept solution

I impersonate itil user in the instances we have, for one instance I am able to see it and for the other I am unable to do it. I check the ACL's they both are same in both instances

@Ak8977 - Please check whether the dictionary attribute "ref_decoration_disabled" is added to the reference field which makes the preview record icon disabled.
