I am trying to configure email notification. The Email gets trigger and I can see it on Email logs. However, the email is not getting sent. What is the problem. I have set the Email properties also.

ServiceNow has now disabled emails flow from PDI as PDIs are being used to send high levels of email spam. newly provisioned PDIs cannot send emails.

Please go to the email accounts and check for any accounts created there. By default for partner instance and client instance there will be records for pop3 and smtp which are maintained by ServiceNow. but these will not be available for new ServiceNow PDI's.
