Unable to test Soap import set api using Soap ui application getting below error

Hi Everyone,

I am testing soap import set API using soap ui application unbale to build connection between my personal instance and soap ui application.
Error:

Error loading [https://dev229cccx.service-now.com/imp_user.do?WSDL]: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Premature end of file

How can I fix this issue and build connection to test soap import set api?
