Unable to trigger survey notification for sc request or sc task

Hi Team,

i configured trigger condition for "Short Customer Satisfaction Survey using Smiley Face"  as shown below still not able trigger survey notification for sc_request Please suggest if any configurations or anything

Hi @vamshi2,

As a starting point I'd recommend unchecking the 'Trigger randomly' checkbox if you do intend to send the survey 100% of the time as this may be the underlying cause.

I'd also confirm the 'Opened by' is in fact populated and the user is active as well as set up to receive notifications and surveys etc
