I am on my journey to complete Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Implementer (Path)
I am currently completing the last module- Human Resources (HR) Unguided Simulator (Zurich) (Course)
Unable to validate Establish HR Criteria and User Criteria task. I created two HR criterias with conditions, yet the task is failing to validate.
If someone can please look into the screenshots pasted below, and help me in where I am going wrong, that would be helpful.

I reviewed what you created and it seems all good according to the requirements... except of one thingy: full-time x full time (missing "-"):
Not sure if it is it, but you can give it a try...
Another thing is the user acount, according to your screenshot, it's system admin, is it the correct user for the HR? isn't there any HR admin to impersonate before proceeding?
What do you get when you hit the Validate task button?
The message you have there mentions no recommendations available but not about what's wrong, usually it gives you idea where to focus.
Some of the labs are possible to complete at 80 %, if you will not manage to complete this particular task, you can skip it as the validation is not worthy taking so much efforts and doesn't learn you anything. Then let's hope it will not be a prerequisite for some later tasks which wouldn't be able to complete either 😛
It's a bit annoying but in the worst case, you can delete these records and re-created them from scratch... if you copy paste, ensure that there's no blank space, it's 1:1 (as seen the full-time x full time) and that you use the proepr account.
