Unable to view images within an INC

Hi,

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. Since the implementation of our instance of Service Now, we have been unable to view images attached to tickets without downloading the image. When we click on the thumbnail, it opens a blank page with an "x" to close out at the top (see attached).


One of our ServiceNow admins told us there is no "image Viewing" feature within service now.

Is this correct?
