Hello, ServiceNow Community!
I recently received an email notification stating that a recovery email address (@gmail.com) was added to my ServiceNow account without my consent or awareness. The email itself appears legitimate, but has raised significant security concerns for me.
I've already checked multiple areas within the ServiceNow interface (user preferences, security settings, profile options, login history, etc.), but unfortunately, I couldn't find any option to view, verify, or manage my account's recovery email addresses.
Additionally, upon checking my recent login history (both in Azure and ServiceNow logs), I found no unusual login attempts or suspicious activities—only this mysterious notification stating an unknown email was added as a recovery option.
Could someone please guide me clearly on:
Where exactly can I verify, view, and manage my account's recovery email settings?
(As mentioned, I've already checked various settings but was unable to locate this.)
I appreciate your detailed assistance and guidance on this issue.
Thank you very much for your support!
