Hi ,
Getting "Unique Key violation detected by database" error while creating incident record in Test Instance.
Actually i have moved one updateset from Dev to Test.after that i have tested in Test instance getting above error.
While moving updateset getting some "Collision" as '5' after that only getting error. Please look the error in the attachment.
Please help on this issue

Hi Deepak,
in the last days I had the same error accessing a RECORD of facilities_request table, but I guess it's the same accessing incidents or other RECORDS.
This RECORD was assigned to a user set as INACTIVE (it was a ServiceNow Demo User).
Setting the user to "Active", or removing the user from "Assigned to" made the error message disappering.
I know it is not a technically detailed answer, but it can help to track your the problem, or at least to bypass it as I did.
