Unique Key violation detected by database

Hi All,

      Iam getting an error while order catalog item 'Unique Key violation detected by database (Duplicate entry 'in_process' for key 'a_str_3').

    Any suggestion?

Hi Kaka,

These errors are typically results of some misconfigurations. Unique key violation comes when there is already record in the system with the same primary key. I am guessing you made some changes or updated some scripts because of which this is happening.

Please share a screenshot where exactly you are getting this error message.

I am facing the same issue while inserting incident record and state is automatically changing to on hold
