Unrelated or Out of the Box Catalog Items showing up in Servicenow portal

Hello All,

Out-of-the-box catalog items are showing up in the AI Search for ServiceNow portal. Could anyone help me with what is causing them to show up and take steps to fix it?

Hello @Rama Rao 

Try running AI search index on catalog item table and see if it fixes the issue. (You can go to AI search from filter navigator)
