Update\Edit Variables in a Catalog task

I have a workflow which has a catalog task that will be a "review" stage for an applciation owner. During the reivew they may need to change what the requestor submitted in the form. How can i enable the ability to end any of the variables in the task. Once the tasks is closed completed the updated fields to update in the RITM? Is this possible?

Hi @EcFuhrmann ,

The variables on the task should be edited by the ITIL users as long as you have not made those variables read-only on the task. It is also possible to write a business rule that updates the variables on the RITM after the task is closed complete.
