Hi Shiva,
Did you import any Update set OR any XML file of any record/list of record? If you have imported the individual XML file of any record/list of records then it won't be visible in the Retrieved Update Set. Please navigate to the source location of the particular record and verify whether the XML is successfully imported with all its configurations.

Hey Amlan,
I am facing this same issue. I am using XML export and import for moving a single update set to a higher instance. After i use 'Import update set from XML' there is not change. The Update set is not present in the list of retrieved update sets. What can be done?
