Update Sprint duration in Zurich learning instance

I am trying to complete my Agile Development 2.0 Certification in a learning Zurich instance and can't find where to edit the Sprint instance. What am I missing?

In the community the suggestion is to edit this in the system property but I have searched All navigation and can't find system property.

Do you see the sprints to edit?

Also, what user/role do you use? Share some more context, optimally a screenshot or two to better understand.
