I got a requirement to update certain catalog items approval request. There is currently a getRDfromuser script on the actions that is applied to the flow. There is also a script include for the getRD. Now one of the RD (regional Director) of the org, is getting to many request. They would like for any approval request that might go to this one RD, now to be sent to the user's MD (Managing Director) instead. The previous Script Include of getRD and the flow designer action script of getRDfromuser was done by a developer who is on leave. I don't know much of scripting as this is all new to me. Could anyone please assist? Thank you so much in advance!
